A little white blazer was on my shopping list for Spring when I spotted one during an H&M trip last week. Crisp, streamlined, and the perfect shade of ivory. I think it's no secret that I'm a huge fan of blazers, and I wear them often. Not only do they look polished, but they dress up any outfit whether it's casual or not. I used to wear cardigans like crazy, but now I find myself reaching for one of my blazers much more.
The first photo was taken at a beach in San Clemente, and the weather certainly felt like Spring! I think the temperature was 65 degrees. It was so beautiful! I hope you enjoyed your weekend too :)

The lighting was gorgeous when these pictures were taken. Everything seemed to have a rosey glow. My attitude matched, because after a couple difficult weeks in which I constantly felt stressed, frazzled, and basically wanted to hide under a rock, I got a massage on Sunday and that really made a huge difference. Ladies, I cannot stress the importance of taking care of yourself, especially your mind, enough. Whatever relaxes you - a pedicure, a nice blow-out at the salon, a long bath with pretty salts. It's not always about vanity. It should be more about your sanity!

Black & Cream {For Our Anniversary}

My fiance and I celebrated seven years together on Saturday. We consider Valentine's day to be our anniversary, because we first met on a blind date February 15th, the day after we were supposed to meet. I was 18, and my girlfriends were more important to me then a silly boy so I told him that I was celebrating V-Day with my girls that year. He still gives me a hard time for it to this day! We celebrated this year by going low key. He took me to our favorite Italian restaurant, and I broke my diet for the night ;) It was totally worth it!

Our best friend's dog Chloe is living with us for a while. Luckily, the complex we live in allows pets, and there are a ton of dogs running around everywhere! The bear (as I call her) fits right in the neighborhood. In fact, there's a chubby bulldog I'd like her to meet :)
