This adorable striped trench coat is by far one of the best purchases I've ever made. I wore it to death all of last Fall and Winter, and I expect the same thing to happen this season. We went to the beach Friday night, and it was definitely chilly. The sweater leggings from Express kept me warm too! They are pretty thick, not flimsy like your typical pair. I recommend them for cozy, comfy nights. Lately, I find myself reaching for simple pieces that don't require much thought. You can never go wrong with a classic trench, a structured bag, and lady-like flats.

I'm so envious of your coat! I so wish I lived in a place where I could wear fabulous coats!
ReplyDeleteThank you Maria! It never gets cold enough for any type of outerwear? Even in the dead of Winter? Goodness, well at least blazers and sweaters are still necessary!

I held myself back from getting that trench coat last year when it started popping up on blogs since I really needed warmer coats at the time. But now that I'm in SoCal...I wish I had it. So cute! And sweater leggings sound like a great idea. I love how you styled them in such a sophisticated way.
