~Lips: Both by M.A.C. Blankety lipstick with Fashion Scoop lipglass on top
That's It!
There are two lip products that I cannot be without...and they are limited edition by M.A.C. so aggravating when I find something I truly love and it isn't going to be around forever! One of them is a cremesheen lipglass called "fashion Scoop." It is the prettiest baby pink-nude shade. It is hard to find a baby pink lipgloss that isn't chalky. Fashion scoop is everything I had hoped turkish delight by Nars would be. I have turkish delight and I use it, but it is definitely chalky on my light skin. And I personally don't care for the plastic scent that it has either. I wish MAC would make the cremesheen lipglasses permanent. They have the most amazing vanilla scent, and unlike their regular lipglasses, the cremesheens are not sticky at all!

I also adore "Way to love" lipstick from the Rose Romance collection. It is a pretty neutral pink with a yellow undertone. It is a lustre, so it is quite sheer. But as I have mentioned in a previous blog, I prefer sheer makeup. A lot of YouTube beauty gurus speak about good and bad color payoff, but I have always liked sheer washes of color as opposed to anything too severe. I want to enhance my features, not mask them. No offense to those who disagree!

Fashion scoop and way to love look gorgeous together! The picture below shows swatches of way to love on the left and fashion scoop on the right. My go-to lippies that go with everything! I have back-ups of both of them so when I run out soon, I won't be left kicking myself for not stocking up! If any of you out there are interested in them, they are available at Allcosmeticswholesale.com. Please MAC, stop discontinuing everything I love!!

A few months ago, my best friend and I were getting ready to go out to a club. I was really bored with my usual makeup routine- browns and neutrals, always the same old thing! She proceeded to tell me that she had been watching girls on youtube doing different makeup looks. Curious, I asked her to show me. I was hooked instantly! I had no idea that this whole world of beauty even existed! I have always loved playing around with makeup, but I can honestly say that it has peaked ever since watching my first "guru" as they call the makeup ladies on youtube. There are so many talented young women out there doing beautiful looks for their faithful subscribers. I am sure that many of you out there are familiar with them. Some of my favorites include Laura, or Lollipop26 as she is known on blogger and on youtube. I also love Michele1218 and Sccastaneda. Sonia was the first guru I watched, and I have learned so much from her! I have many beauty gurus that I now follow, and most of them can even be found here on blogspot. I wish I had the confidence (or the camera)to make my own videos, but I am happy that I can at least have my own beauty blog to get in on the action! It really is an addiction :) Hi, my name is Noelle and I am a YouTube beauty junkie...

My naturally wavy/frizzy hair can be hard to tame in the summer months. I usually straighten my hair, but the heat of the blowdryer never sounds appealing when it's 100 degrees outside. Besides, my hair will often frizz and start to curl once I step outside my house. Frusterated, I decided to go for the "beachy" look that's so popular where I live. Why not free myself from blowdrying and flatironing? I went to the drugstore and bought Sunsilk's Waves of Envy spray and immediately fell in love. I looked like one of those surfer girls that I have always admired. All I do is spray it onto my wet hair after showering. Then once my hair is dry, I spray some more, making sure to twist sections of my hair for an even wavier look. Now, I must warn that it isn't a "done" or perfect look. It's definitely a beachy, scrunchy wave, and some may not like the texture that it makes the hair. I personally don't mind looking like i just went for a dip in the salty ocean. When I want to look more put together, I still straighten my hair, even in the hot summer. But sunsilk's wave spray is a great alternative for those "lazy" days, or on days when I actually do go to the beach. The best part about it is the price. I believe it's only a couple bucks a bottle. When my boyfriend and I went to Hawaii last year, I practically ate the stuff! Here is a picture of what I looked like in Hawaii with the spray:
