I thought I would share with you girls my top 5 eyeliner pencils. I swear I can't live without eyeliner. I would choose it over lipstick, eyeshadow, even mascara! I just feel completely naked without a line defining my eyes and making them stand out. These are my top picks because of the colors and also the formulas.

top to bottom: Revlon Luxurious color eyeliner in Pewter, L'oreal Hip Chrome Liner in Violet Volt, MAC Eye Kohl in Teddy, Clinique Quickliner in New Black, MAC Kohl Power in Feline.

L to R: Feline, New Black, Teddy, Violet Volt, Pewter

~Feline is my absolute favorite because it is so black and ultra creamy. Violet Volt is also supremely creamy. In fact I think it is comparable to the Urban Decay 24/7 liners. Teddy and Pewter are just beautiful neutral colors that I wear on a daily basis. And New Black is a twist up liner so I never have to worry about sharpening it...I have re-purchased it several times.~

On a side note, this dual sharpener by NYX is amazing! It not only sharpens my NYX jumbo eye pencils that I use as bases, but it also has a smaller side that sharpens all of my regular eyeliners. I have tried many sharpeners that left my liners dull or broken, but this one does not do that at all.

If you would like an in-depth review of any of these, let me know! What liners do you love?

Recently, I have been obsessed with navy blue nail polish. It's not quite as stark as black, and yet not as expected as deep purple. I think it is a great alternative to both. I picked up an N.Y.C. polish in the color "chinatown" the other day at CVS and I am totally loving it. The formula is surprisingly creamy and smooth, and I didn't encounter too much hassle with the brush, although it is a little wide for my taste. The polish dried really fast, "in a New York minute." And I love the subtle shimmer of the deep blue color. I believe I only paid a couple bucks for it. Gotta love that! I am actually so impressed with the formula, that I definitely plan on buying more in the future!

I cannot get enough of this stuff! Every year around Thanksgiving, B&B Works brings out their limited edition Holiday collections. I know there are a few different scents, but the one that drives me to stock up every year like a mad woman is the body lotion in the scent Vanilla Bean Noel. I am a sucker for anything that smells like cake batter. The lotion isn't incredibly moisturizing, but it isn't drying either. I really just like the smooth consistency of it, as well as the scent of course. I am not exaggerating when I say I literally hoard this lotion. Once the holidays end and the collections go away for another year, I don't have to worry because I have bottles waiting for me underneath my bathroom sink =)

I compare the lotion to...

I got a request to swatch the mini pigments that I bought from the newest edition of MAC's "Magic, Mirth and Mischief" Holiday collection. I only own one regular MAC pigment in sunnydaze, and it is actually one of the same pigments that came in the Sexpot kit. I decided to get it anyway because I have been lusting after naked, chocolate brown, and dark soul for quite awhile now. And in my opinion, the minis are the perfect size! I have had sunnydaze for years now, and even though I love and wear it a lot, I still have yet to even make a real dent in it. So enough blabbing, on to the swatches:

I also want to mention that these are light swatches. I think they have good payoff, even though they are all very shimmery. Perfect for a night out! Or the upcoming holidays for that sexy, smoky, look.

As always, thanks for reading
